The Three P’s!

Business E-mail Etiquette means you respond Properly, Promptly and Professionally.

  1. Properly: Proper use of technology can make or break how you are perceived in the online arena. Lack of understanding of what I call the “eNuances” of business e-mail communications and technology use can be a deal breaker!
  2. Promptly: Prompt responses land customers and give that all-so-important impression that the inquiry is important to you, that you are organized and will be easy to do business with via e-mail.
  3. Professionally: By communicating in clear and respectful manner using the level of formality required in each unique situation, because you know how to apply your discretion, will set you apart from your perceived competitors.

The Three P’s of Business E-mail Etiquette, if kept in mind in every business e-mail you send, can and will lend to you making a great impression while seeding the ground for efficient and long-term partnerships!
