		<description>I don&#039;t agree, I think it is a big deal....
Formatting differences will make the rest of the text seem insignificant while just the word (or words) differently jump out.
Furthermore, it is just like yelling, it&#039;s horribly rude to do so, especially in business mail... any mail with anything (even the slightest bit) in different formatting and/or all caps goes directly into the trash without being read as far as I&#039;m concerned.

If you really feel the need to, it&#039;s okay. But don&#039;t react funny if someone interprets it as if you were yelling at that person, because Caps locking while you&#039;re typing is the digital equivalent of such, you can&#039;t ignore it no matter how much you want to, because it jumps at you in an AGRESSIVE way (pardon my french, I just needed to make the point absolutely clear, since now the only word that most people will see in this post is in fact agressive).

Colors and bold types are acceptable as far as I&#039;m concerned, but yet again.... when overused will arouse annoyance, which you don&#039;t want.</description>
